Alcohol and most alcoholic beverages are like sweets are considered “empty” calories not substantial source of nutrition. If you consume an alcoholic beverage, we need to decrease the number of carbohydrates you consume that day. Please inform your nutritionist.
America has genetically modified our food and manufactures make foods more profitable and less healthy. Its America’s problem. Nowhere else in the world do we see the obesity and health problems that we see here. So, remember, it’s Not Your Fault Entirely.
