David Sniezek, DC, MD, LAcup, MBA, FAAIM

What Can I Expect?

Maybe you’ve heard about physical medicine and rehabilitation, chiropractic, or medical acupuncture care through a friend or did some research online. Maybe you’re just tired of living in pain. If going to an integrative medicine doctor is a new experience for you, don’t worry! We’re here to help you shed your pain and get back on your feet. Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your doctor, and a chance for us to get to know you!

Appointments at our office typically begin with a bit of paperwork, as you no doubt would expect. Dr. Sniezek will perform a physical examination, and order any necessary imaging or lab studies, to learn more about the cause of your pain.

We will take a look at the overall results, and, together, come up with a plan of action specifically for you. We will talk about the type of treatment you will be receiving, any preparation necessary before beginning treatment, and when you can expect to see results. We will also discuss any lifestyle changes that may help you with your goals. As your partner in improving your health, Dr. Sniezek will be with you every step of the way during your treatment.

If you have any further questions, call our practice today!

For our new patients, we have some forms that need to be filled out. Our new patient center offers education about the kinds of ailments we can treat, our integrative treatment options, and more. We also try to make the process easier by enabling you to fill out the paperwork here, in our new patient center, any time before your appointment, in the convenience of your own home or wherever you feel comfortable. Patients who are new to our center only need to print and complete the New Patient Form before coming to our office, but you are welcome to fill out any other relevant forms in order to streamline the process. Simply complete the forms that are pertinent to you (there is no need to fill out the entire list). Use the remaining listed resources for guidance.
